Family Fun Night a Success By Ms. Stahl-Van Brackle      A horde of children descended on the Halsey Cafeteria on Thursday October 22nd to play games, eat cotton candy, dance, play basketball and have fun. The third annual Halsey Family Fun Night was a roaring success. Last year’s faculty versus student basketball game, which is the ending event for the night, was won by the students. For the past year teachers have been practicing, preparing and an amazing game was played. The ending score was 50 points for the students and 54 points for the faculty. A miracle 3 point shot by Guidance counselor and future NBA star Ms. Shriki was the deciding basket. Plans are already in the works for next year’s Family Fun Night. Be sure to be there for all the excitement.   The Student Basketball Team, all good sports.
